The second-generation Mercedes Benz S class, the W126, was the longest running S class ever, in production from 1979 to 1991. The W126 series introduced a new range of light alloy V8 engines, a wind tunnel developed aerodynamic shape significantly improving fuel consumption. The Coupe version designated as the C126 featured elegant pillarless styling with seating for 4. Initially available in two versions, the 380 SEC and 500 SEC, the big Benz coupé enjoyed effortless performance as they were powered by single-overhead cam V8 engines with Bosch electronic fuel injection and a four-speed automatic transmission.

This Mercedes Benz is the top of the range 560 sec and was first delivered on the 2nd of August 1989 from Cargo Motors Rissik street Johannesburg and has only covered 86 800km since. According to the original service booklet it has a full service history with the most recent at 86 349km.
